Language selector widget not shown on Safari

Hi! Your language selector in the top of menu not shown on Safari Version 13.0.5 (15608.5.11). Same problem on Opera Version:63.0.3368.94. It's all on MacBook with MacOS 10.15.3.

I think it's because animation not working properly and not set property `opacity` to 1.
