Скажу вам правду: вероятнее всего, в ближайшие пару лет этого не случится. Основная причина — ограниченные ресурсы. Вместо отдельного приложения я больше склоняюсь к производству качественной мобильной версии сайта. Публичная часть уже и так оптимизирована под маленькие экраны. Курс рефакторинга тоже получит массивные улучшения мобильной версии в следующей редакции, которая сейчас уже в работе.

Thanks for your offer! I'm considering German translation for this year's plans, but it's still unclear when exactly this will happen. In my experience, quality localization requires a small team — a translator, an editor, and someone who manages the process and integrates everything into the code. That's why I try to approach translations in a predictable fashion and plan it ahead of time.
